Terms of Use

Train sensibly. GRYND is a fitness app, not a doctor. It counts reps and keeps score; it does not know your medical history and cannot tell whether an exercise is safe for you.

1. Agreement

By downloading or using GRYND you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. Health and safety

GRYND provides general fitness content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no part of it is personalised to your health condition. Consult a physician before starting any exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have a heart, joint or blood pressure condition.

Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for your surroundings — including where you put your phone.

3. Subscriptions

GRYND offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Pricing and the trial length are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Manage or cancel any time in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies, not by us.

4. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in secure. Tell us at once if you believe someone else is using it.

5. Fair play

Leaderboards, records and duels only mean something if the numbers are real. You agree not to falsify rep counts, use modified clients, automate input, or otherwise submit results you did not perform. We may clamp implausible scores, withhold records pending review, or remove accounts that cheat.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use a display name, crew name or picture that is obscene, hateful, harassing, or that impersonates someone else.
Harass other users in rooms or crews.
Reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app or our servers.
Use the service in violation of any applicable law.

We may remove content or terminate accounts that break these rules.

7. Content you provide

You keep ownership of your profile picture and anything else you upload. You grant us a licence to store and display it inside GRYND for the purpose of running the service — showing it to your opponents, crew and on leaderboards. That licence ends when you remove the content or delete your account.

8. Our content

The GRYND name, the RYN character, the app's design, artwork, audio and software are owned by Qajim Labs LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or redistribute them.

9. Availability

We do our best to keep GRYND running, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. Features may change or be removed. Multiplayer requires a network connection; training does not.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qajim Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from exercise you choose to perform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

11. Termination

You may stop using GRYND at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top will change.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of Qajim Labs LLC, without regard to conflict of law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

14. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for GRYND. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
